Box damaged in transit, one corner of box smashed, one ream of paper corner smashed. It looks like somebody threw the box on a concrete floor, aiming the corner of the box at the floor. Need a replacement for one ream of paper.
On the positive side The delivery was very quick and the paper looks fine. If I get my replacement ream of paper or a credit for the value of one ream of paper, I’ll be all set and I will use this again  so other than the damage in transit, I’m very happy

I purchased this new unused item ,then I was notified by seller that there was a backlog in shipping over a month , I reach out to seller that I still wanted the item with no response. yesterday I received a 2nd hand item from Amazon . today the Ebay seller notified me my item was delivered . This is bad & deceptive practice by the seller. I looked on Amazon the 2nd hand items are selling $45 to $58
