Bought for MIG experiment.
Haven't used yet. Came with steel dentist-looking tool for applying the paste. I bought this for a MIG experiment. I wonder if I can scrape the flux off some 6010 welding rods, pulverize the flux into a powder, mix the powdered flux into the paste, apply the flux-paste combo to an unwelded seam, then MIG weld it without gas. Better than MIG flux-cored wire? Perhaps with right flux, I can eliminate any need for gas: argon-paste combo, co2-paste combo.Haven't used yet.
