Powerful ingredient on a smoothie.
The product seems fairly reliable. I would purchase again. I use this lecithin in 1 full heaping spoon on my smoothies along with a few other ingredients such as Iodine, Ascorbic acid, team 22 borax for Borbon (which the brain) a bit of baking soda as a carrier - Chlorophyll in pure form, (16 drops per) for the blood and Selenium in liquid form - 300 mgc. (5-7 drops) This all goes in with some Kefir or Icecream - :P This is an awesome concoction. With the right diet. You are golden.The product seems fairly reliable. I would purchase again. This is the same standard sunflower lecithin powder you can buy at the health food store or vitamin shoppe. The only difference is the price, a couple of dollars less, and free shipping via Amazon 2 day UPS, which was very prompt.

Buying this for the 3rd time. So many ways to use it in cooking and other formulations. It's useful for keeping oil & vinegar salad dressings blended, and in my homemade body lotions. Also useful for blending water-based ingredients with oil or fat ingredients so they don't separate.
