My 5700xt Red Devil is back in business and good to go. Everything has been delivered as advertised with no hang ups. While I am aware of the caveats on these things over time, this is an excellent and reasonable service that has allowed me to get the most out of this hardware . If I'd have attempted to work a diag / repair with the manufacturer, this would be a different story.

Sent my RTX3080 for repair. Unfortunately USPS tracking failed. Emailed Brickfence and they responded almost immediately. They had received the package and had already diagnosed and repaired the problem. Once the repair service was paid for, my gpu was promptly returned. Plugged it in and it ran with no issues.
To improve service, I would recommend responding to the customer through Ebay once an item has been received. Other than that, FANTASTIC. Definitely use again.
