Excellent seller communication, while the technical documentation for the item could have been better, I was able to "figure out" how to connect to an isolated VLAN for the camera and have the RLN36 dual homed to that VLAN and the VLAN with internet access. Will buy from again as I've found their prouducts useful in my environment.

Got it all setup same day, setup was easy all seems good as long as you don’t use the newest firmware it breaks smart detection motion flags during playback. Had to downgrade to get that feature.
