Very positive experience. The item never arrived, but it was not the fault of this seller. Tracking was provided and the shipper (USPS) apparently lost the package because tracking just stopped. Again, this was not the sellers fault. I communicated this with the seller and the communication was great. They refunded the price. Once again, I want to stress that even though I didn't get this item, the seller did everything right.
