This bearing should have fit a one inch diameter shaft but it measured .987 inch and would not go on the shaft so I used a Dremel tool with a small grinding stone to remove about ten thousandths of an inch and used it anyway.
I didn't want to go through the return process because I needed the item fixed and didn't want to wait any longer.
I'm wonderimg if the bearing wasn't a manufacturer defect? Other than that it was good!

The part was shipped fast, we'll packed. After installation not all the buttons on the keypad worked and I thought it was defective. The seller was very responsive and was willing to take it back. After further diagnosis I realized the control panel was defective and ordered a new one. Once I installed the new control panel the keypad worked perfectly. Great experience with the seller and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
