Seller packaged item poorly and it arrived broken and unusable. Then - to make matters worse - seller implied it was my fault, that item was fine when it was shipped and he would not make refund. VISA and EBAY agreed with me, item was returned and charges reversed.

What?! No one blamed you! It was packaged in the usual way that had always worked before. Fedex gashed it. Of course the item was fine when it was shipped. I tried resolving this every way I knew how. He was fully refunded. He lost zero. I lost all. This sale was a disaster, caused by Fedex.
