although you have to use somewhat more to make a "kraft style" mac and cheese, and mix with milk and butter BEFORE poring into the hot macaroni (otherwise it clumps) this is a good product to have in your pantry for the kids. If you love cheese popcorn, this is the cheese you're looking for! Kraft used to offer it but discontinued it several years ago. We've tried other products but we're never satisfied with the taste. Cheddar Cheese Powder.
Exactly as I remember it when it was available in Australia - marketed by Kraft in much smaller quantities. Works so easily into recipes - but add it cold [if you add to hot scrambled eggs it goes very lumpy], Provides a delicious rich cheddar flavour to eggs, scones & mac 'n cheese.
