Just try to get support from WaterGuru. This unit is a series1 and is very superficial compared to 2. You will find WaterGuru will want you to log on, with new password, each time. Your info will be erased every 3rd day. Oh, and waterguru demands you buy 3 new cassettes each month, as the original expires. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and only allowed 3 tests from the computer. Never a clean one as they push for you to purchase their chemicals. Run from this product.
