Your comment: Item is as described. Shipping was expedited quickly. The product itself (no reflection on seller) is poorly made. The plastic material that the mounting tabs are made of that hold the support on the aeron chairs are not good quality and break off when you try to place them onto the chair. I purchased 15 of them and more than half of the tabs broke off. They are useable, but will not be durable.

A very good, but far from perfect, support pad.
Good price, good quality but unfortunately, not as effective as I'd hoped. If the entire surface could press against the back - in the seating position - it would have been better, but it pushes against the back at a downward angle. So, rather than cradle the lower back, it creates a bit of a pressure point. This is because this particular lumbar support can only slide up or down (and not much either) in its L and R anchors. If the pad could tilt - inward or outward - so it's flat against the back, it would be of much better utility. Good price, good quality but unfortunately, not as effective as I'd hoped.
