Everything works perfectly fine but his packaging was very risky he had the drone and RC on plastic bags and paper that's all for a very expensive drone that got me super frustrated poor packaging service keep it in mind u can run in bad luck and get your drone broken or the RC controller broken. He should invest in a better packaging defenetly

Regarding the packaging issue, I've reviewed the shipment monitoring, and our packages are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes. The remote controller is additionally packaged in thick plastic bags to prevent friction and scratches. The box is filled with kraft paper that meets transportation standards, and there's no haphazard packaging involved. We'll carefully consider your suggestions and strive

I have not received item yet but I desired to leave this feedback! It is a great store and great way to save money! Highly recommend for serious buyers. Apparently that is also what this seller stresses: "serious buyers only". I somewhat appreciate this however the fact that I did not receive answers to when I messaged this seller with 2 questions I wanted clarified before placing a $1000+ order is inappropriate and should not be the case.
