The pieces are new, clean, and arrived quickly with almost no sign of shipping wear. I had a small dent, and some scratches, but nothing major. The seller seems to have updated their packaging for truss sections which is helping to reduce shipping damage. The pieces are not completely square and plum, but close enough to function as intended. The cross member spacing and welding is good/standard, and the truss joins with other brands of truss (including ProX).
