Item arrived in very beat-up package and the box inside was in about the same condition. Hopefully, this was all during shipment but I cannot honestly say. So, I was skeptical that the little heater would work at all. I have just plugged it in and at least it came on and appears to be fully functionally. I will know more as time progresses as to the heater's proper function.

I’am a buyer that checks and compares products,features, and package contents before I buy. Having compared sellers I purchased from this seller knowing I was to get remotes with each heater. Upon completion of receiving to separate shipments there was no remotes in either container. I contacted the seller who then claimed his ad was clearly marked with no remotes, the ad was changed later to say No Remotes, which was a bait and switch on the ad.
