Only tested it on the neighbors dog but it seems to work great. The dog yellped and yelped and most comical is the dog then went and licked its owner and transfered some of the product. Which then became even more entertaining watching the dog and moron neighbor jump around freaking out having no idea that the cause was his dog which then obviously brought the effect to him. So far seems to be a great product. I guess this isn't a joking matter. Anyways the story is false. The product seems to be fine. Only tested it on the neighbors dog but it seems to work great. Great "bang for buck" in nonlethal deterrents
Understand that this will not incapacitate or discourage a determined human attacker; in the Army, we had to stand in a room full of the stuff, remove our gas masks, and sing the national anthem. It sucked, yes, and I don't care to relive the experience, but it gave me a good idea as to its limitations. It will reduce an enemy's effectiveness, and will make it much easier to outrun them; just don't forget the running away part. Aside from this, it will leave an special dye on them that police can use for identification and evidence. Animals, being generally less crazy than people, have stronger reactions to the stuff. It is effective against bears, and large feral dogs. I buy it for my wife, and overseas relations, and I'm pleased with how much peace of mind can be had for such little ...
