Shipping was kind of slow but I believe that's the carrier the seller chose, not the seller. The card was in great condition. It shipped in those small, thin letter envelopes but it was wrapped well. The card was still in great condition when it arrived. I didn't have to reach out to the seller so I have no comments on communication but the item was exactly as ordered.
