They quickly took care of the repairs. It took forever to get to them but it came back in about 4 or 5 days. They also respond quickly so don't hesitate to ask about the process or if they can alter other things. For anyone hoping to get a USB c on vita 2000, it doesn't fit the mother board.
I haven't played my vita in over 5 years. I'm so happy I made this purchase.
