The mascara was not exactly what I thought I was ordering. I'd searched for the "Prime" brand and this came up, as Prime. I didn't look closely at the picture, or I'd have seen it is actually some Asian "Colossal" brand. Not the seller's fault, but mine for not looking closely enough. Delivery was prompt, the product is new, in the box. It is OK, but not as good as the Prime I'm used to - next time I'll be more careful. Again, my fault, not the seller. Their service was just fine.
