Item arrived in condition expected, however it wasn't operational. Thankfully, it was only the batteries and although they are specialized, I was able to find some locally. Pack works but was not packed well slave unit was broken but it’s a $12 part , the box had no padding on 2 sides but since these power packs are tanks it survived , could have used a few more pieces of foam or newspaper to protect the base . It performs as described except for the damaged flash slave that looks like it was smashed by the shipping process .
