These heaters come quickly and cost isn't too bad but they don't last long. It's a great concept to have hot water on demand but they need to improve the quality or moreso reliability. I'm not dissatisfied with the products ability to do it's job but very disappointed in it's longevity. To the company I as please do your best to improve on reliability and you will have my ovations. But in the last 12 years I've replaced the unit at least 5 times and haven't gotten any satisfaction out of warrant
