    This is a very good natural product it is a magnesium based product to cleanse your body of old debris. It like a detox it works on everybody differently I suggest that you start off with two pills and see how that works for you my cousin took five and I only had to take two for it to work. I believe it was the beginning of my weight loss I lost 15 lb through the Vida program.
