I’m gonna say positive because it was shipped out in a timely manner however, I haven’t actually received them yet but I’m confident it’s 100% on the post office. They said it was delivered but yet it has not been so I will be contacting eBay about it again more than confident this is not on the seller, but if somebody could contact me regarding this matter, that would be great.

I was not aware of any of this. I would contact your local post office. It says it was delivered to a parcel locker. Item was shipped on 1/18 and says went to the parcel locker on 1/20.
