I ordered a Bradley Blade Sharpener for my husband, and item was damaged in shipping, when I contacted Brad, he immediately shipped another blade sharpener, and had me put damaged sharpener in 2nd box, tape it up, and sent FedX to pick it up. I was very pleased with Brad's quick and professional service in this situation.

Item arrived with a little shipping damage, but customer service was great and agreed to send me a replacement stone and replacements for the other damaged parts. The motor was out of alignment, tilted forward. The photo shows how I remedied the issue with a couple shim washers between the rear mounting plates. Overall, I am satisfied and the machine works great. I think it is even better than the one I replaced with this one, and it costs twice as much as the Bradley sharpener.
