It’s ok for someone who has some self defense experience already.
It says that it’s a high voltage but it seems weak. Other tasers/stun guns has the defense mechanism that if someone takes it from you, they can’t use it on you… this one doesn’t have that feature, so I’m not comfortable letting my mother use it for safety, which is who I brought it for, as the intruder/criminal could turn and use it to hurt her. Great gift to enable defensive protection.
Bought these for gifts, wife, daughter, granddaughter & daughter in law. Although each have concealed carry permits, this allows for less lethal protection. Also, if you use the stun feature first and still have to use deadly force it certainly would substantiate that you’re life would be in danger, justifying that action

Stun gun. Got to learn how to get ready fast for attack. Cuz I notice that it has to be set in a right setting. But it's cute and it looks like a regular flashlight. But it can do more then flash.
