This has got to be one of the best movies for the holidays. Its the miracle on 34th street for Generation X. If your 25-35 you can appreciate this movie. even older and younger will love it. ( I can just only speak really for my age group) We all know a weird uncle that shows up at christmas....Like the one in this movie.... He actually brings this movie to life, as the crazy uncle at your christmas does. The one in the movie brings umm rubber sheets with him.. LOL Chevy chase, couldnt play a better part of a frizzed out father, trying to have a family christmas. He goes to great lengths, but, nothing seems to be right. (Im trying NOT to spoil the plot here so bare with me) And the wife, shes very supportive, but.... we can always tell when things go wrong..... And to add even more ... Fill a hole in my broken heart
Wife of 20 years passed 2 months ago and this was one of our favorites and now I can watch anytime. She was my best friend and I like to do things she enjoyed doing together. She would love the ornament that came with. We were Christmas people all year round.

Fast and plays as expected
I originally was going to give this four stars, but changed it to five. The only reason I did not give this five stars originally, was because the case was quite damaged in shipping. I don’t think this was any fault of the shipper, as it was very well padded with bubble wrap. It was cracked to the point where the entire top of the case is missing. If the disc is not attached to the Peg side it would fall out. But disc appears intact and played just fine.I originally was going to give this four stars, but changed it to five.
