Sent my dvd/vcr combo to be repaired. The vcr side of the unit started to eat vhs tapes. The repair service was quick. Communication was great. And got it shipped back to me fast as well. Well packaged, fast shipping. 2 things: one channel had a cap that had come unsoldered from the board, but I was able to solder that back in no problem. Another channel has a broken high eq pot. Not the end of the world, but would’ve been nice to know. Otherwise, great transaction.
