Excellent jack design and remote control with light is much better than 2 ton hydraulic jack that tended to smash wheels into ground on on end and lift up on other and scoot as well. . Scissors jacks lift straight up and are more stable but car should still always be blocked to prevent rolling. Very nice case is a big plus too and not too heavy. High quality and height adjustable make it really adaptable too.

The jack arrived a couple of days early. It would not raise my 2012 dodge Grand Caravan when plugged into the lighter socket. However, it did a good job when attached straight to the battery. I suggest using the battery as your connection point and not the lighter plugs inside your vehicle. I would use some electrical tape and make a better connection between the plug that comes with it and use the clamps that attach to the battery and leave your vehicle running. Small car may work ok with plug.
