Very easy to use, actually more label maker than I need, but our oldest and my wife use it alot. Very easy to load. Turn it on and type in your lable, hit the print button snf=d whenit is finished press the cutting tab. It has a good sized screen. Shipping was a reasinable amount of time to get here. Good seller, item as described.

First, I have nothing but praise for the seller. This is in no way a reflection on him/her. Where should I start? The tape jams regardless of what tape is put in the label maker. I have tried DYMO tape and I have tried it on off brand. It does not matter. The tape jams. The second issue is that the tape cutter does not work. And when the button is pressed it does not pop out so you can cut another label. You either have to fiddle with it or bang it on the table. (I do not recommend this course of action) And Third the printer smears the label. Now to be fair it does it on off brand labels. I have not tried it on DYMO labels. So now I have a cool looking paperweight. It looks cool. It feels good in my hand. But, it just does not do a good job printing labels.

This my first Dymo. Have had a few spotty letters, but maybe because of weak batteries. So, far about the same as my Brothers. Bought for a great price, so I am trying it. 4 weeks of use, so far. Easy to use and load.

I have a previous Dymo label printed which I liked a lot. But this one is so much better due to the qwerty keyboard. It is great when you have to print many labels in one sitting. I really recommend it.
