The collars arrived just as described. I have to say, I was unsure about whether these would work with our very large, stubborn dogs. We followed the instructions, called and spoke with Guy a couple of times who patiently answered questions, talked us through some adjustments, even sent helpful videos. The dogs each actually bolted through the shock a time or two and we were a bit discouraged. But then they seemed to figure out why, and now they are giving a wide berth to the boundary. :)
