Item as described and delivered quickly. I was going to use it to power a 12v 35w lamp, but there was an issue. I use a wireless RF switch to turn my outlet on and off. So I plugged the power supply into this outlet and connected it to the light. When I turn on the outlet, it takes a full 10 seconds (or longer) for the light to come on. That is too long. I need instant gratification. This will not be a problem if you leave the power supply plugged in to a regular outlet.

Nice compact 12VDC 5A power supply, comes with AC power cord & a barrel receptacle to attach to your own wiring. That is a really cool touch, & my circuit (simple case cooling fans) was up & running in minutes..no soldering required. Amazing deal for the price. And 5 amps, too. Its a winner. Can't talk about reliability as only have had a few days. I have also not scoped it to confirm stability & output waveform. I leave that to fellow eggheads with more complex requirements.
