Arrived quickly. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow, it took about an hour with no issues. The table is easy to use and adjust for the user's body type. The table is very sturdy and supports my 217 lbs. very well with no signs of weakness. It does take some initial getting used to and trusting the table enough to relax all you muscles. It will stretch places you didn't know could be stretched, not only your back. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
