By the time we noticed it, we were too far into the building process. Had I noticed it prior, I do know that they would have sent a replacement piece. The product is however packaged very well.

Product arrived earlier than predicted and was well packaged and contained all labeled parts. No written directions, although pictures were fairly easy to follow. Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!
