The portable toilet arrived well packaged and in great condition. It is tall enough to be comfortable. There are some reviews suggesting the seat is small. It is more narrow than a residential toilet seat but not worrisome. Consider this factor if you know you need a large seat. I did not add water and chemical yet but I am not concerned about operational trouble.Really nice portable toilet!

As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
