Great price, but dirty. Do you not at least wipe down items before refurbishment? No smoke smell, but the white plastic was stained brown from cigarette smoke and tar. Had to pull it apart and clean it. I feel like this is the absolute minimum requirement aside from making sure the unit functions properly. At minimum, wipe things down. This is my second Dyson refurb directly from the company that was delivered dirty and I’ll NEVER buy again.

I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!
