I added my sim card to the phone and couldn't make any calls. I contacted T-Mobile and after 20 minutes and trying a bunch of different things the engineer I was speaking with said the phone had been "reported as lost or stolen" and I couldn't use it. The seller advertised the phone as "works with T-Mobile" but didn't bother to test it.
