His first question was very unclear. When he clarified, we DID respond, telling him that we would let him know when we got back to where the item was (within a day at most). Then he made a buy it now purchase BEFORE we had the opportunity to respond. We in no way inferred that the item was perfect but was from an estate. He is VERY unfair in his comments and has very limited Ebay experience.

Everything was pictured as it was and the price, shipping and communication was great!
