Good value and easy to install.
I needed to update my navigation in my area due to a lot of property development in my area. Some addresses couldn't be found until I updated. For the most part, it updated well. There are some addresses it stills struggles with but i think that is because the area I live in is growing so fast.

It shows roads that were not on my 2016 version. My GPS showed me driving across corn fields on some parts of the Eastern Shore of Maryland until I replaced the chip with the most recent. It was worth the few extra dollars on ebay to get the 0E073 version. Vendors are still selling the 0E072 version. MIght as well go for the latest. I'm using it on my 2016 Toyota Highjlander XLE. Installation was very straightforward. I'm glad it was an option to buying the chip from a Toyota dealer which would have cost three times as much.It shows roads that were not on my 2016 version. Took some time but it does work
This did update my 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE maps but it did have some problems. It tried to download a "mandatory" update unsuccessfully for a week or two. I kept on cancelling so I could see the screen so every time I started the car it would try again which kept me from seeing the screen. Finally I took a short trip and just left the screen saying it had failed on and when I started the car up it finally took the download. This did worry a little but it all worked out in the end. It is nice to have a map that actually shows our street and home on it. This did update my 2016 Toyota Avalon XLE maps but it did have some problems. Good software and very affordable.
Package Came with no instruction but after swap out with the old one and go to update menu on the Nav panel, it detected new software and promp for installation. It take around 5 minutes to finish and everything works great.
