Due to no fault of Trac Phone Pre-Pay, I was not able to use card. The card has a "sim" cartridge that I can't use. I've had trouble with Trac Phone when I first signed up, having to exchange about 4 to 5 sim cards prior for use. Now that it is working ok, I can't take the chance of a different "sim" card. Quick service they rendered Trac-Phone Pre-Pay though.

Received quickly. Had to spend couple hours on phone to port phone number and activate new phone. No pin number on this package to activate plan, so rep had to look up sim number and add plan manually. Number worked 6 hours later. Last old Tracfone had pre-loaded plan sim in it and it activated when turned on.

    Good value

    I did not make a lot of phone calls, but need it when I am out of town. I started to use prepaid Tracfone SIM cards several years ago. The way the card is being activated is a bit troublesome, I had to call customer service a couple of times. However, due to the reasonable price, I still stick to it. I recommend it to people who do not use frequent phone calls. It was worth it.

    Fairly difficult

    Note New Sim card kits were sent. I was able to call Tracfone & add 1 card to my existing plan pretty easily by speaking to Tracfone Technical support after being transferred multiple times. The second card was a nightmare with multiple calls to Tracfone Technical support. The new SIM card had to be added to the phone. This process took multiple days & hours of time.

    Problems with getting Airtime

    Incorrect product numbers resulted in wasting over an hour on my time being on the phone unnecessarily in order to correct the problem. Tracphone reps were not very helpful. However, the product value is good for a years worth of airtime.
