Everything is great. The only issue is logging in the app. It seemed that either my custom DNS or absence of VPN was the problem that lead to blocking account for an hour few times when I repeatedly tried logging in. It resolved afterwards, although I'm still kinda sad the app keeps logging out. That's being said, price for the SIM card tariff is great and I it works well so far.

Phone SIM as described. Inserted it in my phone and used the website to port an existing number to the new SIM. It took a day or two for the process to complete, but then I had phone service and text messaging. A pretty good deal if you don't use your phone a whole lot, and to tell the truth, even if you use it a moderate amount at 0.03/minute.

Great solution for low usage mobile customers
We're very happy with the $3.00 PayGo SIM. My spouse doesn't use her mobile phone that much so this is almost perfect. It also has the added benefit of calling and texting Canadian numbers as well as the US which is a big bonus for us. I can't give it 5 stars because the data is bit of a problem with only 100 MB. I have to find all the sneaky apps that are transmitting data in the background. Other than that issue it is a great product. If you're going to use an existing phone make sure you validate the SIM card will support it. First sim was a waste, would want to give 2nd sim a shot but it's more than 3 month plan's charge.
Would not connect to the network after the sim was first activated. Tried restarting, resetting the phone. Tried the sim on different phones still no luck. Tech support did not seem to be able to help me, I already tried what they had told me to do.

Stop paying for what you don't use and get this instead!
Had a small problem activating the SIM, but live chat support was pretty quick and easy to get it sorted out. Considering this is literally $3/mo for the most *phone* service many *internet* users will ever need, good customer service makes the value here all the more impressive. Even with adding data for internet communication services you'll still end up paying far less than first-party plans.

Terrific value; Works great!
Works as designed. Activation was straightforward. The mobile app + website works well (better than T-mobile's, which is usually slow and always clunky) This plan is the same price as t-mobile's payGo, but gives you effectively 7x the value + 100MB of data, which is fantastic!
