Thanks for this helpful feedback! From my perspective, I shipped this the day it was ordered. I've shipped hundreds of items. Every once in a while, for some reason, the shipper (in this case Fed Ex) takes an inordinate amount of time to deliver. In this case, delivery took three weeks. Who of us could know why? XX reached out to me on the 9th, and it was delivered two days later. I would hope that all understand that if I could get on a truck and deliver it myself, I would!
