A minor flaw but still nice
Contrary to another report this DOES fit a standard 11mm rail, centered nicely. I HAVE seen sights that didn't but this isn't one of them. The only minor flaw-which may be fixable, haven't tried yet- is that the on/off/brightness doesn't match the knob, but it's a no brainer seeing where you're at so that doesn't really bother me. For the price I'm waiting to see if it holds under .410 recoil; I read that a .556 hasn't killed it so I'm hopeful. Even if it fails, I'll be out less than $25, so it's not a horrible loss. Using a bore sight I had this thing matched up in about a minute, now it's ready for the range to finesse it for slugs. Contrary to another report this DOES fit a standard 11mm rail, centered nicely. Does not fit standard rail. DO NOT BUY
Tried to mount. Too narrow to put on any rail system I have. I will have to buy an adapter. Don't waste you time or money. I just wanted to try a reflex sight. Should of spent more and read reviews a little closer.

Works great for shorter distanes
My older eyes like it at shorter distances where you don't require any magnification of the target. We've been doing well using red dots on pellet rifles at 100 feet Smaller targets at distance can be hidden behind the dot. I'm thinking of trying a 6 o'clock hold on smaller targets at longer distances.
