The vacuum looks and works great! I got a 2 year warranty if there needs to be any fixes, but everything was in great condition and the only thing scuffed up was the box. Bigger things do tend to get stuck in the tube, but it's so easy to clean everything out. All-in-all I am a happy camper with this vacuum, transaction, and seller.
