The seller was great with communication about shipping details and even updated me when there was a delay in arrival due to postal service here trying to get things delivered. They are short staffed right now. I purchased these as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. So haven’t much to say on comfort at this time. My order shipped out wicked fast, arrived quickly and was packaged just well enough. These shoes were as described but unfortunately were too big for me. The seller provided excellent communication and I'm satisfied with the return process. I recommend ordering a size down with these shoes as they don't have the usual padding that other Puma shoes have.
