Arrived quickly in padded envelope in a fitted box. Super Generic - no name, no model number. Solid. One button. Hold button for flashlight. Tap button for 4-LED display of power level. Half a day to charge. No manual in package nor on internet. The 12" cable fits USB and phone. Seems to work fine...now I won't get nervous in thunder storms when the lights flicker.

This thing *might* be a 10000mAh power bank, if you scrunch your eyes and stare at it sideways... I managed to extract about 6000mAh out of it from a full charge. This is extremely common, they have essentially doubled the real capacity (or more) in order to sell more units. The only way around this is to purchase a name brand or get very lucky. It weighs about half of what my other 20000mAh battery does and the capacity is at most half so you get what you pay for. It gets two stars because it's about the right price for a 10k battery and that's about what you get, wish they wouldn't lie about these things.

Works well BUT IS NOT REALLY 20K mAh. It is MAYBE 10k... Great finish, in a protective box, will buy again as few test the li I did not open it but tested it against a major brand name anker 20k which outlasted this one by about 2 to 1 in number of charges. This is however smaller physically an while possible lithium would weight about the same on the batteries, This one they claim is Li-PO vs Lithium Ion. I doubt it.... Peace.

Battery lasts a long time, takes a while to charge. Made of hard plastic but seems solid and of pretty good construction. Button seems a little flimsy and flashlight is just a single LED bulb, not very bright. Does what it’s supposed to do and does it well considering the price.
