My only disappointment was i couldn't buy another bag for 10 days. This is wonderful. i have a indoor smoker. My problem was (was) I love charcoal. I tried breaking up lumps. too uneven. took to long to start smoking and smoked for a short time. This. started smoking in 15 min and wow what smoke. It kept on smoking for 30 min , then i turned off the smoker. It smells just like charcoal. Yes this is a great buy and a great product.
