They are way way smaller than my hinged cuffs I own that can’t be used due to years and years of wear and tear,they do not fit the case because of how small they are,the photo shows they are bigger than what it really is. but over all they are pretty durable and strong they work nice. I would suggest not getting these for LEO use as of the size of them not being bigger,they would definitely not fit on a man’s wrist as I have learned today but a smaller female maybe

Items as listed, very poor packing and some boxes got smashed and damaged inside shipping box. Shipping box had 2 air bubble mailers on top end, nothing on bottom and nothing else, air mailers bubbles had no air in them and damage to item packages from shipping. A++ Seller, would buy again.
