NBA ShootOut 2001 features a redesigned game engine that takes advantage of the technological advances in PS2 to offer improved gameplay and smooth handling of enhanced graphics. To add to the realism, this game features over 1,000 motion-captured animations as well as arenas that are based on the actual stadiums that the NBA teams call home.<br><br>NBA ShootOut 2001 features a refined version of the "Touch Shooting" system that affords players even more control over the finesse shots. More dribbling options and controls are also available in NBA ShootOut 2001. The game is loaded with hundreds of plays for teams to execute on the hardwood. AI is also improved, allowing the computer defense to adjust to a particular style of offense, or for the computer's offense to choose a style that exploits weaknesses in the current method of defense.

EASY EASY game to play
This game is sooo easy to play. It would make a GREAT game for the younger wanna be game player. You know who I'm talking about the younger brothers who always are upset because all the games are "too hard". The controls are easy and so is the gameplay. Pretty much made for beginners. 4.3 outta 5
