I would buy this item again. Quality seems good. Item was delivered as described. Price is great. Overall this product is very good, however there is room for improvement. Put on my Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. This can be improved by molding it to sit more flush. Since it fits pretty snug I feel it can be formed to have a smoother transition. I mean the idea is so the magazine has less to snag on. I feel it can be made almost seamless. When attached it has small steps, not sure why it was designed like this.I would buy this item again. Gen4 Grip Insert
Overall good product. It does fit a little loose but still secure. I've had older Gen4 inserts that were perfect fit but that is not the case with this new one. That being said its still in the gun.

Works excellent, even on Gen4 G19 with grip extensions!
I've searched the vast variety of grip plugs trying to find one that works with the different grip width add-ons/extensions and this one not only works, but it works SUPERBLY. This one is in my Gen4 Glock 19 with the medium grip extension. The transition from the plug to the mag well is seamless and makes for very quick and bump-free mag changes, while also protecting the channel from unwanted debris accumulating. I use this pistol in competition as well as for EDC/concealed carry and I couldn't be happier with the frame insert/grip plug - it's the one I'll get for all of my Gen4 9mm Glocks from here on out BECAUSE IT WORKS EXCELLENT.I've searched the vast variety of grip plugs trying to find one that works with the different grip width add-ons/extensions and this one not only works, but it works SUPERBLY. Should have come with the gun
I've been carrying a Glock 27 in an ankle holster for 20 years, and the space in the rear of the grip has been nothing but a lint accumulator. The gun never gets wet, so I don't have to worry about it being part of a drain system for the upper mechanism. The plug should have been included in the box from Glock when purchased. Unless you are utilizing the lanyard hole (not available in all models), or prefer to keep the backstrap cavity unobstructed if you own and use non-drop free magazines, this innovative product is a must. This small polymer insert not only smoothens magazine insertion, it prevents internal dust build up and is aesthetically pleasing. Even better still, the manufacturer designed specific models exclusive for gen 4 use to accommodate the interchangeable back straps without having to remove it. A great purchase. Unless you are utilizing the lanyard hole (not available in all models), or prefer to keep the backstrap cavity unobstructed if you own and use non-drop free magazines, this innovative product is a must.
