Great service and delivery. Directions for reconstituting the starter were perfect. Bread is delicious. The pictures included are the first loaf I made at my home which is in Denver, CO at 6000'. I baked at slightly lower temps and at 50 minutes which is my normal time and temp for baking at this altitude. All else is the same as the included instructions. Thanks!

Got the starter and in 4 days it was nearly doubling in size. Just made my first loaf with this starter and it turned out perfect. Your instructions were right on and the starter is great. I used wheat flour to get it going and it responded very well. If folks are having any trouble with this starter, it is not the starter! Item was as described. Good instructions. At the end of one week I thickened my starter up, my preference. I've made four loaves of bread and some biscuits. Two loaves were made in my bread machine and two in the oven. All came out great. With each progressive loaf the flavor is getting better. I had a San Francisco starter for over a decade but last year I lost it. So happy to have found this one!
