I first ordered it because several drs diagnosis 4Tumors . Lion mane and several other mushrooms was said to be best natural help with no side effects. Drs wanted full surgery but I researched best complex to include those mushrooms. I cannot confirm or deny this was helpful...but I am leaning toward being yes.in that this is all I used and gained a clean bill of health after one years use and a minor outpatient surgery. The shipping was fast. I'm only on my second day taking them, so it will take some time, to see if it does good, or anything all. The bottle is very pretty. There are 60 pills in the bottle, so with taking 2 a day, it should take a month or more to finish the bottle. I also like my supplements to be "Non-GMO or Organic with all the ingredients, and I believe this company will deliver that!
